Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of VEXAS syndrome with a UBA1 gene mutation.
- You should be taking at least 10 mg of prednisone (or a similar steroid) daily for symptoms.
- You cannot have previously taken a JAK inhibitor drug (like ruxolitinib) for any reason.
- Your liver and kidney function should be adequate based on blood tests.
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a performance status of 0–2 (able to care for yourself).
