Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your MDS is considered low-risk and you have less than 5% blasts in your bone marrow.
  • You have received only one prior treatment for MDS-related anemia (ESA or luspatercept) and it stopped working, you couldn't tolerate it, or you are not a candidate for ESA.
  • You need regular red blood cell transfusions (at least 3 units over 16 weeks).
  • You have adequate organ function and are in fairly good health (ECOG performance status 0–2).
