Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have diabetes (type 1 or type 2)
- You have a foot ulcer (open sore) that is about 1 to 5 cm in size (roughly the size of a coin to a small egg)
- Your ulcer is not deep or severely infected (no bone infection)
- You are not allergic to propolis (a bee product)
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and are not taking immunosuppressant drugs
