Who can take part
- You must be an adult (at least 18 years old or the legal adult age in your country).
- You must have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer that has spread beyond one lung. It must be confirmed by a biopsy or cell test.
- You must have already received at least one round of chemotherapy that included a platinum drug (like carboplatin) plus an immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor), and your cancer must have grown again after a chemo-free break of at least 30 days.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured by a CT scan (according to RECIST 1.1 guidelines).
- You must be in reasonably good health, with good organ function and able to perform your daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have received any previous antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that targets B7-H3 or uses a topoisomerase-1 inhibitor (like tarlatamab).
