  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have advanced or metastatic lung cancer (small-cell or non-small-cell) confirmed by biopsy
  • Your cancer has at least one measurable tumor on imaging
  • You are well enough to tolerate treatment (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do light daily activities)
  • You have tumor tissue available (recent or archived biopsy samples) for testing
  • Your heart, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are working well enough
