Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You can speak and write in Turkish (at least primary school level).
- This is your first time having your gallbladder removed with laparoscopic surgery (small incisions).
- You do not have a chronic (long-term) disease and are not on cortisone-type medication.
- You have a smartphone and know how to use it.
- Your anesthesia check-up happens 1 to 3 days before your surgery.
