Who can take part
- You are a woman between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer (a type of breast cancer that tests positive for a protein called HER2).
- Your cancer is at stage II or III, meaning it has not spread to distant parts of the body.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging scans.
- You are in generally good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment (like chemotherapy, radiation, or hormone therapy) and are not taking other cancer treatments now.
