Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 70.
- You have HER2-positive breast cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your cancer is stage II or III (has not spread far beyond the breast or nearby lymph nodes).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You are healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have not received any prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy).
