Who can take part

  • You are between 19 and 60 years old.
  • You broke one bone in your lower leg (tibia) and cannot put weight on that leg for at least 6 weeks.
  • You are able to follow instructions to keep weight off the injured leg.
  • You speak English.
  • You do not have nerve or blood vessel damage, a blood clotting problem, or an infection in that leg.
