This study tests a new bone paste called Montage Flowable that helps hold the piece of skull bone in place after brain surgery. It may be an option for people having surgery on the upper part of the brain who are not eligible for other methods.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You are having surgery on the upper part of your brain (supratentorial).
- The cut made in your skull bone for surgery is very thin (less than 3 millimeters wide) for most of the bone flap.
- You have not had open brain surgery in the same spot before (a stereotactic biopsy is okay).
- You do not have fluid buildup in the brain (hydrocephalus) or other problems with the fluid around your brain.
