Who can take part

  • You are not having any teeth removed as part of your treatment.
  • You have all your permanent (adult) teeth (no baby teeth missing).
  • Your gums are healthy and your oral hygiene is good.
  • Your teeth crowding is mild to moderate, not severe.
  • You are not currently taking anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen or aspirin.
