Who can take part

  • Age 16–32 years old
  • All permanent adult teeth present (except wisdom teeth)
  • Moderate crowding of teeth (6–8 mm gap) in both upper and lower jaw
  • Never had braces or other orthodontic treatment before
  • Good overall health with no conditions affecting bone or pain perception
  • No severe bite problems, active gum disease, or tooth decay
