Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with small cell lung cancer that has spread (extensive stage).
- Your cancer got worse after at least two rounds of standard chemotherapy (platinum-based) and an immunotherapy drug (PD-1/PD-L1).
- You are 18 or older and in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities).
- You can provide a tumor sample from a past biopsy for testing.
- You have not been treated with a topoisomerase I inhibitor or a B7-H3 targeted therapy before.
- You do not have unstable brain metastases, serious lung disease, or uncontrolled infections.
