Who can take part
- You must have a type of advanced solid tumor that has not been controlled by at least one prior therapy.
- You need to have a tumor that can be surgically removed or biopsied (at least 1.5 cm or certain needle sizes), and at least one other tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your overall health should be good (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than half the day).
- You cannot have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or live vaccines recently.
