Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has continued to grow after at least one standard treatment, or you couldn't tolerate that treatment.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample (from a past surgery or a new biopsy) to check for PD-L1.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (able to perform daily activities).
  • You have not had certain other cancers, serious lung or heart problems, or active infections in the recent past.
