Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic colorectal cancer that has grown after your first treatment.
  • Your tumor must be RAS/BRAF wild-type (a specific genetic type) for part of the trial.
  • If your tumor is dMMR/MSI-H (a genetic subtype), you must have already tried a PD-1 inhibitor and it stopped working.
  • You must have recovered from side effects of previous treatments and wait at least 4 weeks after major therapies.
  • Your organs (like liver and kidneys) must be working well enough for the new drugs.
  • You cannot have had previous treatment with a topoisomerase I drug or, for part 1, an anti-EGFR antibody therapy.
