Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma that is locally advanced or has spread, and it has not responded to at least one standard treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (either from a previous biopsy or a new one) for testing.
- You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments (except for hair loss or mild nerve damage).
- You are able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and are expected to live at least 3 more months.
