Who can take part

  • You must have a confirmed sesame allergy.
  • You must have already finished the first part of this study and reached the maintenance dose of 300 mg sesame protein.
  • You or your caregiver must agree to participate and cooperate with the study team.
  • You cannot have severe asthma or poorly controlled mild/moderate asthma.
  • You cannot have had certain steroid treatments or use specific medications like beta-blockers or ACE inhibitors.
  • You cannot be pregnant or have certain chronic diseases like heart disease, epilepsy, or diabetes.
