Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced gallbladder or bile duct cancer that has not been treated before and cannot be removed with surgery.
- You are in good general health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your blood counts (hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets) and liver/kidney function are within acceptable limits.
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
- You do not have uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart problems, bleeding disorders, or other active serious illnesses.
