Who can take part

  • You are currently a first responder (police, fire, EMS, etc.).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have regular access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer with internet.
  • You have some anxiety symptoms (score of 5 or more on a standard anxiety questionnaire).
  • You do not have epilepsy, have never had a seizure, and have no history of brain injury or neurological disease.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or other implanted electronic device.
  • Your left ear is healthy (no infection, ruptured eardrum, deafness, or constant ringing).
  • If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must use reliable birth control and not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
