Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with social anxiety disorder and have significant anxiety symptoms
  • If you take psychiatric medication, you must have been on a stable dose for at least 6 weeks
  • You do not have certain other mental health conditions like bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or OCD
  • You have no active ear infections or skin problems on the ear, and no pacemaker or other implanted devices
  • You have not had this ear stimulation treatment in the past month
