Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months.
- Your latest HbA1c (3-month average blood sugar) is between 7.5% and 10.5%.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 22.5 and 40.0.
- You are not currently taking any diabetes medications other than metformin (or none at all).
- You have no history of thyroid cancer, pancreatitis, or serious stomach or gallbladder problems.
