- You were diagnosed with coronary heart disease in the last 6 months
- You had a heart procedure like angioplasty, stenting, or take medication for your heart
- Your medications are stable and you have been discharged home
- You are 18 years or older
- You feel at least some degree of stress (score 3 to 5 on a 1-5 stress scale)
- You can access the internet at home using a computer or smartphone
- You can read and speak Chinese
- You do not have acute psychosis, a life-limiting illness, or conditions that prevent safe physical activity
- You do not have serious hearing, vision, or walking problems
