- You have mild-to-moderate narrowing (less than 70%) in at least one heart artery, confirmed by a doctor
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You do not have chest pain, major heart-rhythm issues, or other heart symptoms during rest or exercise
- Your troponin level (a heart-damage marker) is normal
- You do not have severe heart or lung disease, unstable symptoms, or a recent heart attack
