- You do not have kidney or liver problems
- You do not have chronic pain or take pain relievers
- You are not taking blood thinners, antidepressants, St. John's Wort, or medications that affect certain liver enzymes (CYP)
- You are not allergic to Boswellia serrata or capsaicin
