  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You do not have kidney or liver problems
  • You do not have chronic pain or take pain relievers
  • You are not taking blood thinners, antidepressants, St. John's Wort, or medications that affect certain liver enzymes (CYP)
  • You are not allergic to Boswellia serrata or capsaicin
