Test whether new spinal cord stimulation settings improve chronic pain

Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and are at least 22 years old
  • Your pain has lasted at least 6 months and scores above 60/100 most days
  • You’ve tried at least 3 supervised treatments and at least 2 different types of pain medicines, and your meds stay stable
  • You haven’t had back surgery in the past 6 months, and your opioid use is not too high
  • You must be able to do study questionnaires in English and use an app and wrist device
  • You can have spinal cord stimulation for both physical and mental health reasons, and agree to contraception if pregnancy is possible
