  • Confirmed advanced or metastatic breast cancer that has progressed despite recent treatment
  • Provide a tumor tissue sample for HER3 testing
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging
  • Good overall health status (ECOG score 0–1, meaning able to do most daily activities)
  • Expected to survive at least 3 months
