Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the prostate.
  • Your Gleason score is 7 or lower (a measure of how aggressive the cancer cells look).
  • Your PSA level is 20 or lower (a blood test that measures prostate cancer activity).
  • You have not had radiation or surgery for prostate cancer before.
  • You have limited or no urinary problems based on a symptom questionnaire.
  • Your prostate size is 100 cc or smaller on imaging (like MRI or CT).
