Who can take part
- Age 18–70 and able to do everyday activities with minimal assistance (ECOG score 0–1)
- Diagnosed with advanced clear-cell renal cell carcinoma (a common kidney cancer type) that has spread, with intermediate or high risk
- Cancer must have CD70 protein on tumor cells (confirmed by biopsy test)
- Must have received at least one prior immunotherapy treatment (such as checkpoint inhibitor combinations or checkpoint inhibitor plus anti-VEGF therapy)
- Adequate blood counts, kidney function, heart function, and liver function; good vein access for cell collection procedure
- No active infections, untreated brain cancer spread, other uncontrolled cancers, or unstable heart/metabolic conditions
