Study of a cell therapy for advanced kidney cancer

CD70-positive Advanced Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma

Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy (UCL70805F) that targets a protein called CD70 found on kidney cancer cells. It is for people with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma who have tried standard treatments that are no longer working.

CD70 CAR-T Cell Therapy for Advanced Kidney Cancer

This early-stage trial tests a new type of cell therapy called CD70 CAR-T for advanced kidney cancer (clear cell renal cell carcinoma) that has spread or cannot be surgically removed. The therapy uses cells from your own immune system that are genetically modified to recognize and attack cancer cells.

CD70-Targeted Cell Therapy for Advanced Kidney Cancer

This study tests a new cell-based treatment designed to target kidney cancer cells that have a protein called CD70. The treatment involves collecting your immune cells, modifying them in the lab, and infusing them back to fight the cancer. It's for patients with advanced kidney cancer who have already tried at least one standard immunotherapy.

CAR-NKT cell therapy for advanced kidney cancer

This trial tests a new treatment using a patient's own immune cells, called CAR-NKT cells, which are designed to target and attack kidney cancer cells that have a specific marker called CD70. It may be an option for people whose clear cell kidney cancer has come back or spread after at least one prior treatment.

Study of new CAR-T cells for advanced kidney cancer

This study tests a new type of CAR-T cell therapy that targets a specific protein (CD70) on kidney cancer cells. It is for people with advanced kidney cancer who have already tried other treatments and have no standard options left.

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Kidney Cancer

This trial tests a new type of cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target kidney cancer that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery. The cells are engineered in the lab to recognize and attack cancer cells, and may help patients whose cancer has grown despite previous treatments.
