Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have high cholesterol (total > 200, triglycerides > 200, or LDL > 130) OR you are overweight (BMI ≥ 27) with a large waistline (men > 35 in, women > 31 in).
  • You are not currently taking any prescription cholesterol-lowering medicine.
  • You do not have allergies to honey, propolis, pollen, or alcohol.
  • You do not have serious conditions like diabetes, advanced heart/liver/kidney disease, or very high LDL (> 190 mg/dL).
