  • Your baby is diagnosed with congenital heart disease.
  • Your baby is between 0 and 6 months old.
  • Your baby has nutritional risk (using a standard screening tool).
  • Your baby is fed by bottle or both breast and bottle.
  • Your baby is scheduled for open heart surgery with a heart-lung machine.
  • You agree to take part and sign a consent form before surgery.
