Who can take part

  • Between 8 and 18 years old
  • Had surgery for complex congenital heart disease (a condition you're born with affecting how the heart is structured) at least 3 months ago
  • Your heart condition is currently stable with no recent serious problems
  • Can use a mobile app or video platform at home with help from a parent or guardian
  • Not very active right now and scoring low on physical well-being assessments
  • No major ongoing heart rhythm problems, active heart infection, or artificial pacemaker
