Who can take part

  • You are between 12 and 19 years old
  • You have one of these heart conditions: Fontan circulation, Tetralogy of Fallot with a transannular patch, or dextro-transposition of the great arteries after an arterial switch operation
  • Your cardiologist has cleared you for exercise
  • You have internet at home and can exercise between 4-7pm on at least 3 weekdays
  • You speak English and can do a maximal exercise test
