Endoscopic Band Ligation for Type 2 Diabetes

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have type 2 diabetes with an HbA1c level between 7.5% and 10.5%.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 27 and 40 kg/m² (overweight to moderately obese).
  • You have been taking the same diabetes pills for at least 3 months.
  • You are not using insulin and have not had weight-loss or stomach surgery in the past.
