This trial tests if transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a noninvasive brain treatment, can reduce nerve pain caused by chemotherapy in women who have had breast or gynecologic cancer. You may be eligible if you have ongoing nerve pain that hasn't been helped by standard pain medications.

Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older.
- You have been diagnosed with breast or gynecologic cancer.
- You developed nerve pain when starting or within a month after finishing chemotherapy with platinum drugs, taxanes, or vinca alkaloids.
- Your average pain level is at least 4 out of 10 over the past week.
- You have tried at least one standard nerve pain medication but stopped it because of side effects or because it didn't help after taking it for at least 6 weeks.
- You do not have a history of seizures, epilepsy, or any implanted metal or device in your head or spine that is unsafe for TMS.
