  • You are between 18 and 64 years old
  • You are a TRICARE beneficiary (ADFM or DEERS enrolled)
  • You were just diagnosed with sleep apnea (AHI > 5) and never treated for it before
  • Your sleep apnea care was sent to a private doctor in the TRICARE network
  • You have a smartphone, tablet, or computer you can use for telehealth
  • You are not an active-duty service member
