Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have symptoms that suggest you might have sleep apnea (like loud snoring, gasping during sleep, or feeling very sleepy during the day).
- You are getting care at a Basic Health Unit or are on the waiting list for a sleep test at a hospital.
- You do not use oxygen therapy at home, do not use a breathing machine (like CPAP) or a tracheostomy tube.
