  • You are taking part in an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program.
  • You have been referred to a prehabilitation program (SiPAP) before your surgery.
  • You were checked for malnutrition risk using a special screening tool.
  • Your medical records are complete and available for review.
