- You are scheduled for a planned major surgery at Siriraj Hospital and are part of their Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) program.
- You are able to visit the SiPAP center for prehabilitation before your surgery.
- You do not have a pacemaker or other non-removable electronic medical device.
- You are not taking medications like steroids or hormone therapies that can affect muscle mass.
- You are willing to have your muscle mass and nutrition assessed before and after surgery.
