Who can take part

  • Your child's main caregiver must be able to use a smartphone comfortably.
  • Your child should stay in the same kindergarten for at least another year.
  • In the past 3 months, your child must not have taken antibiotics or probiotics, had a vaccine, or gone through a major stress like injury or infection.
  • Your child's weight gain is not caused by a known genetic condition, another illness, or medication.
  • Your child has no serious health issues like heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or liver/kidney problems.
  • Your child does not follow a special diet (like vegetarian) and has no eating disorder or medical condition that limits physical activity.
