This study tests if a hot water foot bath can help reduce pain and gas after laparoscopic gallbladder removal. Participants will receive the foot bath after surgery and report their pain and gas levels.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You are scheduled for a planned (not emergency) laparoscopic gallbladder removal
- You have pain rated 3 or higher on a 0-10 scale 3 hours after surgery
- You have no open wounds, infections, or skin problems on your feet
- You are not using a pump for pain medicine (patient-controlled analgesia) right after surgery
- You are not taking medications or probiotics for bowel movement before or after surgery
