This study tests a special wound covering made from amniotic membrane (the tissue that surrounds a baby in the womb) to see if it helps deep pressure ulcers heal faster. If you have a stage 3 or 4 pressure ulcer that hasn't improved with standard care, you may be able to join.

Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have a deep pressure ulcer (stage 3 or 4) on your lower back, hip, or buttock that hasn't healed for at least 1 month.
- After cleaning, your wound is between 2 and 100 square centimeters (about the size of a quarter to a large orange).
- You can commit to weekly study visits and follow the study plan.
- Your wound is not infected, doesn't show bone or tendon, and you are not on certain medications that slow healing.
