Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have a leg or foot ulcer that has been open for more than 4 weeks and has not shrunk by at least half in the last month.
- The ulcer is between 2 square centimeters and 25 square centimeters in area.
- You are willing to follow the study procedures and sign a consent form.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or of childbearing age without using reliable birth control.
- The ulcer does not have an active infection needing antibiotics.
