Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have type 1 or 2 diabetes
- You have a foot ulcer that is between 1 and 5 square centimeters after cleaning
- The ulcer has been present for at least 4 weeks, but no longer than 52 weeks
- The ulcer is on your foot, below the ankle bone, and does not show bone or tendon
- You are willing to use prescribed offloading (special shoes, boot, or cast) and come for weekly visits
