Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have diabetes that is managed with medication.
- Your foot ulcer has been present for at least 4 weeks but less than 1 year, and hasn't healed with standard care.
- The ulcer is on or below your ankle, is not infected, and does not go down to muscle or bone.
- You have good blood flow to your foot (confirmed by a simple test).
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or on dialysis, and have no recent cancer or autoimmune disease.
