- You have used nicotine pouches in the past 30 days and use them every day or some days
- You test positive for cotinine (a nicotine byproduct) on a saliva test
- You are not motivated to quit using nicotine
- You read and speak English
- You may also use e-cigarettes (vape at least 20 days per month) or smoke cigarettes (at least 4 cigarettes per day for 2 years) and still qualify
