Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a confirmed diagnosis of myelofibrosis (MF) or chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML).
  • For MF: you must have had at least one prior treatment (or a poor response to at least 3 months of a JAK inhibitor) OR be newly diagnosed with intermediate-1 risk MF.
  • For CMML: you must have tried and not responded to hydroxyurea or a hypomethylating agent, or be intolerant to them.
  • You must be able to get up and take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
  • Your liver and kidney function must be within a certain range, and you cannot have serious heart problems or active infections.
