- You are 18 to 80 years old

- Your lung function tests (FVC and DLCO) are at certain levels (between 50–90% predicted)
- You have been taking nintedanib or pirfenidone for at least 8 weeks and plan to continue
- You are able to walk at least 150 meters in 6 minutes
