Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have diagnosed lupus (SLE), inflammatory myositis, or systemic sclerosis that is moderate to severe and not well controlled by standard treatments.
  • For lupus: your disease activity score must be at least 8, or at least 6 with certain organ involvement.
  • For myositis: you must have positive myositis antibodies and your disease is relapsing, hard to treat, or getting worse.
  • For systemic sclerosis: you must have positive SSc-related antibodies and your disease is hard to treat or getting worse.
  • You cannot have had certain therapies (like complement inhibitors or live vaccines) within the past few weeks, or have had an organ transplant or prior CAR-T therapy (for another target).
