Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with lupus, inflammatory myopathy, or systemic sclerosis that is moderate to severe and hasn't improved with standard treatments for at least 6 months.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and heart health are within certain safe limits.
- You have not had certain cancers or serious infections recently, and you are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must be willing to use effective contraception for at least one year after the GT719 infusion.
